We are Wayne and Joy Baldwin, Wayne grew up on a dairy farm in the Bay of Islands County of Northland, New Zealand. Joy comes from Yarrawalla between Mitiamo and Pyramid Hill 80 ks north of Bendigo and grew up on a wheat and sheep farm. We have worked together for the last 35 years in our own business.Firstly in carpet cleaning business’s around the western district of Victoria. 14 years ago slowed down by buying and operating our small accommodation business in Warrnambool.The Apartments were built back in the 70’s as quality 1 and 2 bedroom units and have that period design.They are spacious with good sized bedrooms, kitchens and living area with plenty of cupboards. They are now strata titled and owned by ourselves and sons and daughter. We enjoy running these and many guest like to stay here either for a holiday break in Warrnambool or when they need a place to stay for either work or business. There is an undercover parking for 1 car per unit or if you come by train or bus we are happy to pick you up and return you to the station which is 750 metres away. When you get here you are very close to everything you need, with the main street at one end of the block and the Maritime Museum and Information centre at the other end, and 600 metres from the beach and 300 metres from the adventure playground.

We enjoy giving service to guests and will do our best to provide you with anything you need.  As we do all the cleaning and much of the maintenance ourselves we are able to maintain a good standard.
